On-Demand Vs Managed Support

Stroudy IT offer two types of support, On-Demand and Managed Support.

This article explains the key differences between them.

On-Demand support is IT support as and when you need it, you only pay for what you use, at our standard hourly rate.


Managed Support is charged per user per month and can be tailored to any business, so it's great for any business that needs bespoke IT support at a fixed monthly cost.

Managed Support always includes unlimited telephone and remote support. Support is prioritized and available over extended hours compared to On-Demand.

Also included in Managed Support is our Advanced Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) client, which sits in the background proactively looking after your devices, keeping the operating system and software up to date and alerting to any potential issues before the become serious.
